I don't know if you know what happened , but the other night someone broke into our house and attacked my wife and I with a knife. The attacker is recovering from her mistake, after, well, it wasn't pretty.
I managed to keep most of it out of the papers. One blog briefly appeared, but was removed at the request of local Law Enforcement. It seems there are some decent folks out there after all.
Statements given to the police by my assailant imply that it was inflamatory comments such as the above here and on my site that triggered the attack . Apparently , my wife and I don't deserve to live. You either, I guess. And although no laws have been broken regarding the comments (as of yet),they are looking in to possible connections between the assailant and the comments.
The woman has mental problems. This isn't a snide statement, she was/is receiving treatment. She is actually sick.I wish that people would think about who may be reading comments like that before they post them.
I've recieved wounds in the fight. My attacker got a lot worse. Our house has been damaged. My wife woke up to get a shower of blood and watched me have to gut someone with a knife. Someone is probably going to jail for a very long time.
Needles to say, noone is happy about this. I know you aren't. My wife isn't. I'm not. My attacker really isn't.
If I had the chance I would some questions for people to ask themselves. Don't write me about it. I don't even want to know the answers.
